This chocolate workshop offers children a fun and educational experience where they will learn all about chocolate. Through an engaging story, kids will discover how chocolate is made, with explanations of both manual and machine tempering processes. They will also have the chance to create their very own chocolate bars. At the end of the workshop, children can ask the expert chocolatier questions and learn even more about this sweet craft!
The workshop is open to children aged 4 to 14.

This chocolate workshop offers adults the chance to discover the secrets of chocolate-making through an engaging story about its origin and production process. Participants will learn the difference between manual and machine tempering, and will have the opportunity to create their own chocolate bars. The workshop also includes an interactive segment, where attendees can ask an experienced chocolatier questions and deepen their knowledge of this sweet craft.
The workshop is open to participants aged 14 and above.

Masterclass: The Art of Chocolate Making  

 This Masterclass takes you through the rich history and origins of chocolate, providing a detailed explanation of both manual and machine tempering processes, essential steps in creating perfect chocolate products. Participants will have the opportunity to learn how to make pralines as well as the techniques for preparing ganache. Afterward, each attendee will create their own chocolate bar. The workshop is interactive, allowing participants to ask questions to the chocolatier and gain a deeper understanding of the craft, with hands-on experience in making premium chocolate. 
Children aged 14 and older and adults are welcome to join.
